what causes stress?

Today stress becomes a popular disease and an unanswered problem in our modern society. In general, the factors leading to stress are many and various. Some feel stressed when they have to cope up with many difficult problems. Others feel stressed by requires of living that they can not afford. In my opinion, three things that can cause stress easily are: work and study hard, environmental pollution and unemployment.

The first thing which causes stress is work and study too hard. The more civilized our society is, the harder they have to work. To them, work hard will help them get good salary to serve not only themselves but also their family. In addition, they think that only by working hard will make them more opportunity to get promotion in their job. Or the pressure of job is too much, it obliges them to work without stopping. To student, pressure from family and school is also a cause make them feel stressed when they can not finish their study well. Besides, with full schedule studying make them study all the time without entertaining. All the reason which are given above are the factors leading to stress because they want to achieve their goal without having time to relax and having many pressures. The second which causes stress is environmental pollution around us. Because they always face to how to reduce, prevent it happen. If this problem can not be solved, they will get sick from pollution easily. And sickness continue make them unhappy, annoy, or even anxious…As a result, they also get stress. So in some aspects, environmental pollution is also the main factor which make stressful on people. The last one is unemployment. As far as I am concerned, this problem happen very much and regularly in our daily life. Because with development of technology, our society needs a lot people work with their head more than with their hand. So those who have low- educated will lose job or hard to find a job. When they are unemployed, they can not earn money by themselves. At that time, their life will become more difficult, sometimes they become a burden to society. This feeling remain in them and stress become a trouble to these people. As a result, maybe they rarely talk or easily get annoy and angry with other member of family or people around without right reason.

Stress is popular disease but I think if we have suitable time to work and study we will avoid them easily and good health will help you overcome environmental pollution. Trying your best to have good- educated will also help you get a good job. If you do that, I certain that you will not get stress anymore and have a colorful life.

compare HCM city and Ha Noi city

Last summer holiday, I visited Hanoi- a place which speaks off one thousand years of history. Although I stayed here for a short time, it made impression on me very much. When I compare two cities, one is Hanoi city and the other is HCM city where I was born and grew up, they seem like different places, but they have some points in common.

There are some reasons why I say both cities have some points in common. First, both cities provide you with modern material facilities for study and life. For example, there have many famous center English for you to improve and develop. And doing housework does not become an obsession to woman anymore because of the help of high technical machines. In addition, they have many places for you to get a little bit drink such as restaurants, bars… Besides, two cities provide its inhabitants with various sorts of entertainments, art galleries, shows...Furthermore, both attract many tourists from many countries in the world. This thing is easily seen when you walk around center of HCM city, just like in HN city.

Despite these similarities, two cities also have some different things. First, life in HN is quite quiet. People go and do anything slowly, not hungry but life in HCM city is contrast. It is very noisy and busy. We can see the crowds of people who are hurrying pass each other without a smile. On the other hand, HN is a politics city. Although it is developing to civilization, it also preserves traditional village  such as Bat Trang Pottery, Dong Ho Picture,…In HCM- city of economic, its development is covered with Western style as high building, skyscrapers,…The people in HN are friendly, having complicated thought. For instance, when they like something, they always consider it carefully. They also care about education very much. In contrast, people in HCM city are more active, having simple thought, contented everything. They are already to buy something they like without considering carefully. To them, education is not important, money is the best. If they had it, they can do anything that they want.

 Although HN city is as beautiful and interesting as HCM city, I love to live in HCM city because HCM is the city where I can have many opportunities to study and find a good job.
